IT Manager – Job Profile
Background
Tolaram Group (www.tolaram.com) is a multinational group with a diversified portfolio that includes manufacturing, marketing, sales & distribution, logistics, power transmission, real estate development, and financial services. With headquarters in Singapore, the Group has manufacturing interests in foods, paper and textiles with on-going operations in Asia, Africa and Europe.
We are expanding our financial services in Indonesia and we require an IT Manager to support this business. This position will be ideal for a young IT professional looking to develop and move into a managerial position in due course.
This IT Manager will report directly to the Operations Manager.
Tasks and Responsibilities
You will work under the general direction of the Operations Manager and provide full IT support to the business:
- Maintenance of customer facing website including making changes as and when required by the business
- Working with Global IT team to support and maintain customer facing mobile application
- Supporting Global IT team in setting up and maintaining interfaces to core business system
- Overall coordination and implementation of IT support to Indonesian business
- Negotiate with service providers and suppliers
Qualifications
- 2 – 3 years’ experience of working with web sites and mobile applications
- Proven knowledge and experience of working with systems interfaces
- Proven knowledge and experience of providing IT support in a business environment
- Experience in the financial market, especially consumer credit, is seen as an advantage
- Experience in working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
- Fluent in English (written and oral)
